In this role, you will be responsible for:
You will assist our Happiness Manager in all her daily tasks (e-mail, phone calls),
You are in close contact with our clients,
You will respond to all customer related messages on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
You keep an overview of our online returns, return requests and refunds,
You are in close contact with our suppliers and warehouse.

Good knowledge of Dutch, English & French,
You are flexible and love to help your other colleagues when needed,
You have the drive, enthusiasm and maturity to work independently.
