The Online Dispute Resolution Platform, or ODR for short, is a disputes committee for online purchases and sales within the EU. The ODR has been active since 9 January 2016 and acts as an information center on consumer rights and on out-of-court dispute resolution.
If we can’t work it out together, the consumer can contact SafeShops. SafeShops.be will mediate between the consumer and the seller if the complaint seems justified. There is also a dispute resolution procedure at the Consumentenombudsdienst (https://consumentenombudsdienst.be/nl)
