As a side kick you will be responsible for:
- You will assist our Happiness Manager in all her daily tasks (e-mail, phone calls)
- You are in close contact with our clients
- You will respond to all customer related messages on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
- You keep an overview of our online returns, return requests and refund
- You are in close contact with our suppliers and warehouse.

Good knowledge of Dutch, English & French

You have the drive, enthusiasm and maturity to work independently.
