My size is sold out, will it be back in stock?

Hey, what a pity, you just missed it. We do our very best to restock sold-out products and sizes as quickly as possible, unfortunately this is not always possible. When a product comes back in stock, we always let you know through our newsletter and social media channels.
Don't forget to sign up for a restock alert and be the first to know. You will receive an email as soon as the item is in stock.
I have a question about the sizing?

Please note that size and fit may vary from item to item and from brand to brand. We try to give you as much information as possible in the description of the item. Just as a reference: Magalie is 179 cm tall and our model Manon is 175 cm tall. Both are wearing size S in the pictures. Don't hesitate to contact us with any specific questions.

How can I place my order?

Order easily online or via our app. Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by phone or email.
1. Place all the desired products in your shopping basket. Then go to your bag SHOPPING BAG.
2. Check your order if everything is correct. Then click CHECK OUT.
3. Enter your personal details here and click, select your payment method and click on PAY NOW.
4. Execute the payment instructions.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation in your mailbox as soon as the payment has been made. Once we have shipped your order you will also receive a shipping confirmation. This states when you can expect your package.
I have a discount code or gift card, how can I use it?

You can enter your discount code at the checkout. Then click on 'Apply' and the discount will be settled. A coupon code cannot be used in combination with other coupon codes or on items in sale.
You can use a gift card during the checkout. Enter the giftcard code in the bar provided.

Can I return an order?

You have a period of 14 calendar days after you’ve received your package to cancel the contract and inform us that you will return your online order. You must register your order as a return via our return platform. Click here to start your return. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment, including any customs charges.
*Returns of online purchased items in one of our stores are not possible.
**Returning something from our 'BUY 2 GET 40% OFF' deal?
You have the following options:
1) You return your entire order. When you return your entire order we will arrange a refund to your payment account of the full amount.
2) You return only 1 or a few items from your order. Unfortunately, the discount terms are only valid on at least two items from the 'BUY 2 GET 40% OFF' collection. If you keep only one item from this selection, the discount conditions will then have expired so we will have to deduct the discount obtained from the item ordered. You keep the 40% discount if you effectively keep at least 2 items from the promotion.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Les Jumelles does not offer return costs. You must register your order as a return via our return platform. Click here to start your return. Through this platform you can purchase your return label. The cost of this depends on the country you want to ship the package from. You can find all the info through this platform. This is your own responsibility. In case of damages, please contact info@lesjumelles.be
Can I exchange an item?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item with us, but you can always place a new order to get the item you want. You can easily return the item you don't want to keep to us and we will refund the amount to you if the return conditions are respected.
Can I exchange or return an item purchased online in-store?

Online purchases cannot be returned in our store. Online purchases can only be returned online. Items purchased in the LJ store can only be returned in our store.
I have bought something with a gift card, but now I want to return the item, how does this work?

If you have paid for an order with a gift card, the amount will be charged back to your used gift card. So you can use the code again with your next order. If the purchase was made using a combination of a gift card and another payment option, the gift card amount will be refunded first to the gift card. If there is any balance remaining you will receive a refund with the remaining balance.
Have you received my return package?

We will notify you by e-mail once we processed your return. You will receive an automatic email once your return has been processed. We will then proceed with the refund within 14 calendar days. The amount will be refunded in the same way you paid.

Gift card
Where can I buy a gift card?

You will find our gift card in the menu bar under the category 'Shop'. Once you have chosen the amount, you can add it to your shopping basket and go to the payment page. The gift card will be sent to you by email.
Unfortunately it's not possible to receive a physical gift card unless you buy it in our store.
