Returns

  • 1. Register

    Register your return online within 14 days after receiving your order*.

    *Returns of online purchased items in our pop-up store are not possible.

  • 2. Pack

    Pack the items you want to return and add the filled in return card . Download and print your return label. 

    Please note: The cost of the return label is at your own expense. 

  • 3. Send

    Bring your package to a pick up point within 3 business days after registration. You will find a list of pick up points in the return portal.

  • 4. Refund

    Once our distribution center has received your return you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
