Your responsibilities are diverse and impactful. Your goal is to enhance sales performance and productivity on the floor. You will manage all operational and administrative tasks. Your role is to Inspire, motivate, and guide the team toward achieving their best. 

You manage to the store’s daily operations (inventory management, logistics and visual merchandising)
You serve our customers with a smile
You help ensure that the shop is replenished and tidy at all times
You are responsible for scheduling permanent staff and students

You are someone who takes ownership of their store and is motivated by delivering results. You’re comfortable working with people and you have the ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You lead by example, support your team, and contribute to improving both the customer experience and the store’s overall performance.

You can lead a team
Good knowledge of Dutch and English,
You are comfortable working with computer systems and pick up new skills quickly
You have the drive, enthusiasm and maturity to work independently
You value open communication and respect
You are available to work on weekends and/or holidays.
