As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as the Store Manager’s right-hand person and share responsibility for the store’s success. You will combine sales skills, leadership, and an eye for detail to ensure an optimal shopping experience. You will motivate the team, maintain a flawless store appearance, and assist customers.

You assist the store manager for the store’s daily operations (inventory management, logistics and visual merchandising)
You are in charge when the store manager is not there
You serve our customers with a smile
You help ensure that the shop is replenished and tidy at all times

You are someone who takes ownership of the store and is comfortable working with people. You have the ability to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Dutch and English,
You are comfortable working with computer systems and pick up new skills quickly
You have the drive, enthusiasm and maturity to work independently
You value open communication and respect
You are available to work on weekends and/or holidays.
