My size is sold out, will it be back in stock?


Hey, what a pity, you just missed it. We do our very best to restock sold-out products and sizes as quickly as possible, unfortunately this is not always possible. When a product comes back in stock, we always let you know through our newsletter and social media channels.

How can I place my order?


1. Place all the desired products in your shopping basket. Then go to your bag SHOPPING BAG.
2. Check your order if everything is correct. Then click CHECK OUT.
3. Enter your personal details here and click on SELECT SEND METHOD.
4. Check your shipping method here and then click SELECT PAYMENT METHOD.
5. Choose here which payment method you wish to use and then click on CHECK OUT.

You will immediately receive an order confirmation in your mailbox as soon as the payment has been made. Once we have shipped your order you will also receive a shipping confirmation. This states when you can expect your package.

I have a discount code or gift card, how can I use it?


You can enter the discount code or gift card in the checkout during checkout. Click Apply and the discount will be settled. If there is a message that the gift card is not valid then it probably expired or was not entered correctly. For questions you can always contact our customer service.

How do i return something?


Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt. The costs for returning are for you.

How does it work?

Step 1. Register your return via our return portal or scan the QR code on the packing slip.
Enter your order number (7 digit code) and your zip code. Next, confirm your identity. Then indicate which items you wish to return with the reason why you are returning.

Step 2. Click 'request return'. You will receive an answer to your return request from us the same day with further instructions.
Return the item to the bag/box you received it in. We advise you to keep the items in their original condition and/or packaging including label. We kindly request that you also return the plastic packaging to us. If the item you return is damaged or the packaging is missing, we can hold you liable for the decrease in value that the item has suffered as a result and demand compensation for this that is proportionate to this decrease in value. (article VI.51 2 WER) Briefs & swimwear are sent in sealed packaging. If this packaging is no longer sealed, we cannot accept the return for hygienic reasons.
Place all the items to be returned in one package.
Return shipments are at your own expense. The costs depend on the shipping method you choose. Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be reimbursed. This may also be requested if the items are not returned on time. You must send the package to:

Always ask for proof of shipping, if your package is lost, you still have proof that it has been sent and we can arrange the refund.

We will send a confirmation to your email address once we have received your return. Once we have processed the returned items, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that it can take a few days for the money to appear in your account again, depending on your bank's terms and policies. *Please note: we refund via 'Mollie Payments'.

*Online returns are not accepted in our pop-up stores. For online orders you must follow the online return policy, no exceptions will be made.

If you would like a different size or color of an item, you must place a new order and exchange the wrong item (see steps 1 and 2).
